Blue Care Network hosted a wellness luncheon at the YMCA in Grand Rapids to kickoff the YMCA's annual Know Your Numbers event. Know Your Numbers provides an opportunity for the general public to receive free health screenings that look at everything from BMI to blood pressure. The luncheon featured a wellness panel of key leaders and organizations in the community that provide a positive impact on the health and wellness in the region. More than 80 people attended the event and got to hear first-hand the importance of Knowing Your Numbers.
